Material Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d)
For one of our strategic customer projects, we are looking for a dedicated Material & Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team starting January 2026 for a minimum period of 6 months. In this role, you will support our team in the operational execution of all material management activities and make a significant contribution to ensuring the maintenance of our fleet.
YOUR TASKS
You support the Material & Supply Chain Management team in all operational material management tasks in accordance with ECM Regulation (EU) 2019/77)
You take responsibility for the administration and control of spare parts, consumables, and service components
You coordinate regularly with Fleet Management regarding maintenance schedules, locations, and the scope of maintenance activities
You collaborate closely with Service Engineers to specify and identify the required materials
You support the procurement of materials, spare parts, and services in cooperation with operational and strategic purchasing
You maintain, review, and update master and transaction data in the ERP system, monitor inventory levels, and support stocktaking activities across all warehouse locations
You assist in the monitoring of measuring and testing equipment
YOUR PROFILE
You have completed vocational training in warehouse logistics or a comparable qualification
You have relevant professional experience in materials management, logistics, or supply chain ideally in an industrial or rail-related environment
You are confident in working with ERP systems and have a structured and detail-oriented approach
You demonstrate strong organizational skills, team spirit, and a solution-oriented working style
You have very good written and spoken English skills; knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage
You are willing to travel and hold a valid Class B driving license
