Key Account Manager - Southeastern Europe (m/f/d)
Drive Growth Across Central Europe – Become Our Key Account Manager in Budapest!
We are looking for a committed and sales-driven Key Account Manager to join us as soon as possible. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our customers across the Southeastern European region!
Our Key Account Managers are ensuring the development of the company by identifying new customers and their needs, taking care of existing commercial and industrial partners, developing leasing of locomotives with associated service activities, managing the customer relations in the region.
YOUR TASKS
You develop sales activities and build strong relationships with both existing and new customers
You lead and develop a small team of Key Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching and performance monitoring to ensure the achievement of regional sales objectives
You prepare and follow up on customer offers for locomotive leasing and service contracts
You lead negotiations – bilingual when needed – and collaborate with the legal department to draft and implement leasing agreements with regional freight and passenger railway companies
You act as an internal project manager and coordinate to ensure seamless technical and economic communication
You conduct market intelligence and benchmarking activities for the Southeastern European market
You manage cash flow and monitor the economic performance of your customers and leasing contracts
You contribute actively to internal reporting through our dedicated CRM platforms
YOUR PROFILE
You have terminated your academic studies at a Business School or University with a special focus on sales and marketing. Having a technical-commercial background can be a plus
You are interested in industrial equipment, technology and/ or railway rolling stock
You have gained professional experience as a Sales Manager in an international B2B business and you are looking to broaden your experience in an exciting and growing industry
You are analytic, well-structured, organized with a customer-oriented approach
You are ready for regular business travel in Hungary, in the region and in Europe
Your fluent Hungarian, English and Slovenian language skills round off your profile. Knowledge of Romanian is a plus
