Apprenticeship - Business Development & Strategy Assistant

As part of Akiem’s Group Business Development team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance the company’s structure, market position, and service portfolio across its three core Business Units: Leasing, Maintenance, and Passenger Services.
Reporting directly to the Deputy Managing Director of the Leasing BU, your work will support transversal projects that have a direct impact on the group’s long-term vision. This role is particularly focused on strategic market analysis and the development of Akiem's industrial and service roadmap, with cross-functional interactions throughout the company.
Main responsabilities:
Cross-functional Coordination: Gather and analyze internal insights from Finance, Maintenance, Procurement, and other teams
Market & Competitor Intelligence: Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify trends from manufacturers and authorities
Content Creation & Reporting: Prepare high-impact presentations, reports, and dashboards to track project progress
Project Support: Be a flexible, hands-on team player, contributing to various projects that support Akiem’s overall growth
Your profile:
Previous B2B experience or strong business acumen
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Curious, proactive, and motivated by business development topic
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and data/reporting tools
Fluent in both English and French, German as added value.
