We are looking for an Regional Sales Support (m/f/d) to join our

team as soon as possible. 

This position is limited for 1 year due to an internal absence. 

YOUR TASKS

• You support the sales team by preparing customer communications, offers, deal summaries, and meeting materials
• You assist contract managers with extra works management, ensuring timely invoicing by handling work orders, POs, and invoices
• You follow up with customers for administrative matters
• You help manage the local office and coordinate daily with Akiem HQ in Saint-Ouen
• You monitor sales performance indicators and compile internal reports
• You support the preparation of regional sales reporting
• You follow up on overdue invoices and send reminders in collaboration with the Sales Team
• You represent the region in credit management meetings with the finance department

YOUR PROFILE

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. industrial clerk, office management clerk) or have a comparable qualification
• You bring initial experience in sales and project management
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and always keep an overview of your priorities
• You communicate clearly, enjoy contributing to the team, and motivate others with your strong sales personality
• You understand commercial processes and can apply them confidently
• You are proficient in MS Office programs and ideally have some experience with ERP, CRM, and document management systems
• You enjoy taking on responsibility, are a motivating leader and actively promote your team
• You are fluent in Hungarian and in English (French and/or German knowledge can be an advantage)
