Regional Sales Support (m/f/d)
Powering Sales Teams with Precision and Insight
We are looking for an Regional Sales Support (m/f/d) to join our
team as soon as possible.
This position is limited for 1 year due to an internal absence.
YOUR TASKS
- You support the sales team by preparing customer communications, offers, deal summaries, and meeting materials
- You assist contract managers with extra works management, ensuring timely invoicing by handling work orders, POs, and invoices
- You follow up with customers for administrative matters
- You help manage the local office and coordinate daily with Akiem HQ in Saint-Ouen
- You monitor sales performance indicators and compile internal reports
- You support the preparation of regional sales reporting
- You follow up on overdue invoices and send reminders in collaboration with the Sales Team
- You represent the region in credit management meetings with the finance department
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. industrial clerk, office management clerk) or have a comparable qualification
- You bring initial experience in sales and project management
- You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and always keep an overview of your priorities
- You communicate clearly, enjoy contributing to the team, and motivate others with your strong sales personality
- You understand commercial processes and can apply them confidently
- You are proficient in MS Office programs and ideally have some experience with ERP, CRM, and document management systems
- You enjoy taking on responsibility, are a motivating leader and actively promote your team
- You are fluent in Hungarian and in English (French and/or German knowledge can be an advantage)
