Regional Fleet Logistics Manager (m/f/d)
Powering Regional Fleets with Precision and Performance
We are looking for an Regional Fleet Logistic Manager (m/f/d) to join our
team as soon as possible
YOUR TASKS
- You coordinate locomotive movements for delivery and redelivery
- You manage parking and transfers to support future client needs
- You liaise with providers, negotiate terms, and ensure optimal costs and delivery timelines
- You update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to fleet movements in collaboration with Sales and Operations
- You maintain accurate data for fleet allocation and client invoicing
- You monitor off-lease fleet and maintenance status
- You manage planning, Work Orders (WOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and Invoices within Maximo (maintenance planning system)
- You provide operational support to the Project Manager
- You update regulatory information for locomotives
- You manage subscriptions such as SIM cards and geolocation systems
- You prepare and update project documents according to company procedures
- You maintain shared project folders and track budgets

- You are fluent in Hungarian and speak German and English very well
