Regional Project Manager (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- You coordinate strategic projects during their execution phase, involving locomotives in your region
- You lead local projects from requirements definition to implementation — managing schedules, scopes, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
- You plan, organize, and coordinate locomotive modifications and revisions with suppliers, based on the global project schedule — and may also support acquisition projects
- You ensure revision planning is communicated to all stakeholders (e.g. clients, CCM) and proactively manage any deviations together with suppliers, project engineers, operations, and ECM
- You report progress and risks to the programme manager and escalate issues where needed
- You set up and maintain processes to manage project scope, quality, performance, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
- You develop detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans for each project
- You regularly monitor progress to ensure alignment with timelines and project scope
- You document and report project outcomes and escalate risks as appropriate
- You follow the company’s project management methodology and best practices
YOUR PROFILE
- You bring experience in project or programme management
- You have solid knowledge of risk management frameworks
- You show strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- You’re tech-savvy and confident in managing technical topics
- You’re familiar with the railway or transportation industry
