Regional Operations & ECM Manager (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS
- You are responsible for the performance of the maintenance contracts in your region (ECM/Region), ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- You may take ownership of ECM3 (quality assurance framework) and act as the main contact for workshops (ECM4)
- You track and analyze availability and reliability KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- As Team Lead, you oversee fleet logistics, project delivery, and support across the region while identifying and mitigating risks
- You develop action plans to reduce downtime, improve service delivery, and enhance contract performance
- You monitor issue resolution and make sure all pending actions are closed — including post-project follow-ups
- You investigate long immobilizations and provide actionable solutions
- You act as the primary escalation point for issues beyond day-to-day operations (outside CCM scope), working closely with ECM service providers and internal teams
- You apply and negotiate monthly maintenance fees (as per contracts negotiated by Purchasing), ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising service quality
- You act as a key liaison between senior management, service providers, and internal teams to align priorities and maintain clear communication
YOUR PROFILE
- You have experience in the railway or transportation industry
- You are fully committed to safety and regulatory compliance
- You have a solid understanding of ECM and Life Cycle Cost Management
- You bring strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills
