YOUR TASKS

• You are responsible for the performance of the maintenance contracts in your region (ECM/Region), ensuring smooth and efficient operations

• You may take ownership of ECM3 (quality assurance framework) and act as the main contact for workshops (ECM4)

• You track and analyze availability and reliability KPIs to drive continuous improvement

• As Team Lead, you oversee fleet logistics, project delivery, and support across the region while identifying and mitigating risks

• You develop action plans to reduce downtime, improve service delivery, and enhance contract performance

• You monitor issue resolution and make sure all pending actions are closed — including post-project follow-ups

• You investigate long immobilizations and provide actionable solutions

• You act as the primary escalation point for issues beyond day-to-day operations (outside CCM scope), working closely with ECM service providers and internal teams

• You apply and negotiate monthly maintenance fees (as per contracts negotiated by Purchasing), ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising service quality

• You act as a key liaison between senior management, service providers, and internal teams to align priorities and maintain clear communication

• You have experience in the railway or transportation industry

• You are fully committed to safety and regulatory compliance

• You have a solid understanding of ECM and Life Cycle Cost Management

• You bring strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills
