Fleet Manager (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team at our Hungarian location, we are looking for a Fleet Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible!
Your responsibilities:
• You will coordinate and plan preventive and corrective maintenance for our vehicles in accordance with applicable guidelines (e.g. ECM II).
• You will keep track of vehicle histories and maintain them carefully in our CMMS system
• You will be in close contact with our customers, coordinate maintenance measures and participate in regular meetings with the sales department
• You will analyse fault reports, evaluate technician reports and derive measures from them
• You check and manage test reports, repair reports and other documents in the CMMS system
• You decide on the suspension or recommissioning of vehicles and coordinate all necessary steps for this
• You will work closely with materials management and take care of the organisation of spare parts and components
• You will commission external service providers, monitor their performance and check incoming invoices
• You will prepare quotations for additional services, evaluate key figures (e.g. availability, fault rates) and provide support in quality analysis and insurance management!
Your profile:
• You have completed technical training (e.g. in electrical engineering, mechatronics, metalworking or as a train driver), a technical degree or a qualification as a technician or industrial foreman
• You have experience in maintenance or fleet management – ideally in the field of rail vehicles
• You are familiar with the requirements of the ECM Directive (EU Regulation 779/2019) or are willing to familiarise yourself with them in depth
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented and reliable manner – even under time pressure
• You communicate clearly, are a team player and organise complex processes with ease
• You think economically, act independently and maintain an overview even when working on multiple projects
• Your business fluent German and good English skills (at least B2) round off your profile; other European languages are a plus!
