YOUR TASKS
- You will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our location in Hungary with a focus on growth and efficiency - reporting directly to the Regional Leader 3
- You will further expand the workshop network in the region and plan service and maintenance activities in the short, medium and long term
- You will ensure the implementation of Regulation (EU) 779/2019, in particular the ECM III (fleet maintenance) and ECM IV (maintenance provision) function
- You optimize processes to increase service quality, efficiency and innovation in close coordination with interfaces such as planning, materials management, IT, accounting and quality management
- You lead and develop a motivated team consisting of (mobile) service technicians, team leaders, logistics and service stuff and planning: You identify training needs, promote talent and ensure an effective transfer of know-how
- You coordinate planned maintenance and servicing with customers and ensure that it is carried out on time
- You coordinate closely with materials management on the availability of spare parts and maintain the web-based customer information system

YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed technical training as a technician or engineer (e.g. in electrical engineering, mechatronics, vehicle technology) or have a comparable qualification
- You have several years of management experience and sound know-how in technical service and maintenance - ideally in the rail sector
- Ideally, you have already worked with ECM regulations (ECM III and IV) or are able to familiarize yourself quickly and confidently with new regulations

- You enjoy taking on responsibility, are a motivating leader and actively promote your team
- You are fluent in Hungarian and speak German and English very well
- You are willing to travel within the region and have a class B driving license
