Key Account Manager - Scandinavia Region m/w/d
Your Responsibilities
- Acquisition, development and management of new key accounts (active prospection)
- Management of main customers and strategically important business partners in the Region
- Strategic development of sales channels, methods and structure
- Expert in sales, pricing and customer management
- Development of strategic customer relationships and long-term customer loyalty
- Responding to customer enquiries and issuing commercial offers
- Meeting or exceeding Regional sales targets
- Drafting, negotiating and closing new/existing lease agreements and ancillary contracts
- Updating/maintaining opportunities pipeline and customer information via the CRM
- Monitoring the market, assessing trends and estimating future requirements
- Designing marketing and business growth strategy for the Region
- Managing regional benchmarking and reporting to management
Your Profile:
- Education in a business or technical field (or comparable)
- Professional experience in international and industrial B2B business of at least 5 years, preferably in the rail or transportation industry
- Business fluent in Swedish (mother tongue) and English, other languages are an advantage
- Customer and service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
- Appetite for prospection and chasing sales leads, commercial development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate and synthesize clearly to issue transaction papers and internal notes
- Willingness to travel throughout the covered geography or at the Head Office occasionally
