Job Description: Team Lead - Revision

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead - Revision to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, managing resources efficiently, and driving project success while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resource Allocation and Management: Effectively plan and allocate resources to ensure smooth operations and project execution.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain project timelines and objectives.
• Project Progress Management: Oversee project milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders.
• Team Training and Development: Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Motivating Team Members: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve their goals and contribute to project success.
• Strength Development: Foster team members’ strengths and identify areas for improvement, creating opportunities for growth.
• Advocacy for Team Needs: Represent the team’s needs and interests to management and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in revision activities, preferably in the railway industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, with a strong ability to manage and guide teams.
• Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
• Ideally, experience with IBM Maximo.
• High level of organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Exceptional focus on quality and detail.
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level); knowledge of English is advantageous. Additional language skills are a plus.
